Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s care and service behaviors in Associates and Customer interactions.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Acts as a talent grower, coaching and scheduling store associates to meet business needs.
• Maintains security of store location and assets.
