You’ll shape the store’s success and contribute to growth in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee staff development, optimize sales performance, and ensure top-notch service while managing inventory, visual merchandising, and budget controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities
