Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency with retail management software and POS systems.
