• Lead and execute store selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including customer escalations, urgent requests, and make it right for customers.
• Manage and direct in-store team members to ensure optimal customer service that values customers’ time and supports store operations.
• Ensure every customer is offered the opportunity to participate in membership programs or in-store offers through employee education.
