Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Midland, TX. You will drive sales, coach a team, and partner with the Store Manager to meet store objectives while upholding Windsor’s merchandising directives and values.

You will lead a team of up to 25 Stylists, focus on delivering an Omni-channel Oasis experience, and ensure excellent customer service, onboarding, and daily operations. A flexible schedule including opening/closing is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach a team.
• Strong sales focus and omni-channel customer experience.
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Experience assisting with talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Committed to Windsor policies and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and provide an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and onboarding efforts.
• Plan and organize daily operations to meet productivity targets.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 25 fashion Stylists with recognition and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to Windsor merchandising directives and visual guidelines.
• Uphold Windsor values and foster a culture of respect and ownership.
