Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably retail.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent including store leadership.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and accountability for all associates.
• Own leadership tasks addressing customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to implement action plans and ensure execution of operations.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase product stories and drive sales.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring adequate staffing and selling focus.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team.
