Family Dollar in Roundup, MT is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, supervise associates, and deliver excellent customer service. You will drive sales, safeguard assets, and build community partnerships while ensuring compliance with policies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on results. As a manager, you will train staff, oversee daily activities, and implement corporate directives for merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
