Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Buffalo store, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll oversee daily operations, train team members, safeguard assets, and implement corporate guidance on merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build relationships.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally).
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and lift repetitively.
