Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Allen, TX to run day-to-day sales and operations while upholding exceptional customer service standards. You will coach the Sales team, manage payroll and hiring, ensure product availability and proper displays, and support institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.

The role also involves promoting the lesson program and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales team to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor financial data, inventory, and store statistics.
• Ensure products are available and displayed properly.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store staff.
• Execute operational tasks for institutional sales and rental services.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
