Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center enterprise, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Allen, TX to run daily sales and operations while upholding top-notch customer service. You’ll coach the sales team, manage payroll and staffing, oversee inventory, and promote in-store music lessons.

The role emphasizes achieving sales objectives, maintaining product displays, and handling daily operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and program growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales team by coaching, counseling, advice, support and motivation to meet sales objectives.
• Stay current on financial data, inventory and statistics.
• Ensure all products are available and properly displayed for purchase.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting and training of store employees.
• Execute daily operational tasks for institutional sales and rental accounts.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
