Job summary

MobileOne LLC is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Store Manager (Wireless Experience Preferred) for the Pacific Commons location in Fremont, CA. The role oversees store operations, sales performance and team leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching Mobile Experts, enforcing policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relations with T-Mobile and property management.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales; mentor Mobile Experts to meet daily and monthly targets
• Meet or exceed monthly performance quotas and expectations
• Enforce company policies and best practices
• Ensure compliance with CPNI/PII and social media rules; coach staff accordingly
• Maintain proactive, enthusiastic communication via Slack, mobile, in-person, email
• Uphold T-Mobile partnership and MobileOne's reputation with high care standards
• Engage every customer on the sales floor; contribute to every sale
• Train and monitor staff to deliver best-in-class service; track NPS/SME scores
• Resolve customer escalations quickly and escalate as needed, keeping customers informed
• Log into T-Mobile (Citrix) HUB feed before customer interactions
• Maintain good relations with landlord and neighboring tenants
• Manage labor budgets and create schedules at least two weeks in advance
• Share daily updates via the #announcement Slack channel to Mobile Experts
