Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Sonora, CA is hiring a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team. You will work with the Store Manager to create a sales-driven environment and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

Lead and coach the team, analyze performance, and help achieve and exceed sales goals while supporting evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

• As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
• You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor and analyze their performance.
