Blufox Mobile is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy XFINITY sales location. You will supervise a team of sales representatives, implement product positioning strategies, analyze store performance, and drive customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes recruiting and training staff, managing KPIs and NPS, and coordinating with operations to improve cost efficiency. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Full Time (min 45 hours) with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives to maximize store sales.
• Position products effectively and analyze accounts and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff while monitoring KPIs and NPS.
• Implement sales incentives and coordinate with operations to optimize store costs.
• Ensure excellent customer service at every interaction and maintain inventory control.
