Blufox Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a sales team at one of our Xfinity store locations. You will drive revenue, coach reps, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will recruit and train staff, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with Operations to optimize costs while maintaining high NPS scores. A competitive package and full benefits are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full time (min 45 hours), Open Availability.

Responsabilités

• Maximize sales in the location by leading a team of Representatives.
• Use best practices for product positioning, promotions, and customer service.
• Analyze the store business and implement growth actions.
• Recruit/train reps, manage KPIs, maintain high NPS.
• Create weekly/monthly incentives to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory for devices, core cable products, and accessories.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and reporting.
• Ensure top-tier customer service with every interaction.
• Coordinate with Leadership & Training for channel development.
