Job summary

Blufox Mobile is seeking an Xfinity Retail Store Manager to lead a store team in the United States. You will drive sales, oversee product positioning, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training reps, managing KPIs and NPS, coordinating with operations, and ensuring cash handling compliance. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of sales experience are required, with preference for wireless/cable/retail backgrounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Representatives to maximize sales at the assigned retail location.
• Utilize best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotions, and customer service.
• Analyze the business of the retail location and implement practices to meet goals.
• Recruit and train sales reps, manage KPIs from the Sales Report, and maintain high NPS.
• Implement weekly and monthly sales incentives to meet growth objectives.
• Coordinate with Operations to improve cost-effectiveness of operations.
• Manage inventory for devices and accessories; follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure excellence in customer service with every interaction.
• Collaborate with Leadership & Training to sustain sales channel development.
