Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead the team to succeed through coaching, engagement, and motivation.
• Create a positive work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and educate staff on compensation plans to maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products and promotions.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
