Job summary

You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and cash handling, and partner with the Market Manager to drive sales and store cleanliness. This is a full-time position with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and train new hires.
• Strong English communication; valid driver's license.
• Able to work 50+ hours per week, flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and assist managers.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; foster excellent customer service.
