Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure customer service.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocking, organization per Company standards.
• Schedules employees per guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Maintains a professional and supportive image with staff and supervisor.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Prepares performance appraisals in Workday and provides feedback.
• Ensures safety procedures and cash handling are followed.
• Communicates effectively with team through meetings and memos.
• Organizes store files and reports and ensures timely completion.
