Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for our Hockley, Texas location. Lead daily operations, supervise and train staff, ensure top-quality customer service, and maintain inventory, cash controls, and reporting in line with company standards.

You will recruit, coach and develop employees, coordinate scheduling, and foster positive supplier relationships while maintaining store image and profitability. On-site leadership required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train employees and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, organization and Company standards.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.
• Organize site files, ensure timely reporting and proper merchandising.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
