Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Hardin, AR to lead store associates, coach teams, and maximize sales. You will oversee daily operations, safeguard assets, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers while aligning with company policies.

You will build community relationships, train staff, and implement merchandising directions from corporate HQ. This full-time role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with the team.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb (55 lb occasionally) and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
