Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing all store activities, enforcing policies, and implementing company directions from headquarters. The role requires strong communication, results focus, and retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Retail management experience is preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
