Communicate expectations; coordinate safety and policy adherence.
Open/close store regularly; ensure proper staffing and security.
Monitor inventory and ordering to meet in-stock targets.
Ensure proper merchandise staging, presentation and signage.
Maintain inventory accuracy and strict cash control.
Deliver superior customer service leadership and a safe environment.
Follow SOPs and complete paperwork by deadlines.
