Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Springfield, IL to lead store sales, service, and operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, schedule coverage, and ensure training and policy compliance across the team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and develop sales personnel in a fast-paced environment. Weekends and holidays may be required; the role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed; inspire and motivate.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and perform at high levels.
• Educate personnel on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager and others to launch products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
