Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years' Experience working in a retail environment (Required)
• Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting & valid vehicle insurance (Required)
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and enforce company policies.
• Ensure store hours are covered; recruit and retain staff.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee store financials.
• Collaborate with District Manager and other store managers.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees; provide development.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
• Unload deliveries and stock shelves.
