Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years' Experience working in a retail environment (Required)
• Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and ensure coverage of all operating hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee store financials and meet budgeted targets.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and other Store Managers.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees to improve performance.
