Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive store success. You will coach staff, manage operations, and promote AT&T products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager to execute initiatives and product launches.
• Protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the brand.
