Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T Authorized Retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while building a rewarding leadership career.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager on initiatives, product launches, and strategies.
• Protect company assets and maintain policy compliance.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the AT&T brand.
