Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will coach managers, develop leaders, and ensure operational excellence across a busy retail environment in Louisiana.

Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, scheduling, and partnerships with district leadership to execute strategic initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on results.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager to execute initiatives and product launches.
• Protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the AT&T brand.
