Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach staff, manage operations, and execute company initiatives across store activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and promote future leaders and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager to execute initiatives, launches, and strategies.
• Protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
