• Familiarity with active lifestyle products and brand culture.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train store Associates and Supervisors to engage customers effectively.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates to meet store goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment for timely outcomes.
• Maintain payroll, inventory management and store paperwork efficiently.
• Develop store merchandising guidelines to optimize the customer journey.
• Provide feedback up the chain to continuously improve the business.
