The Store Manager contributes to Buff City Soap's success by leading a team to create and maintain an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include supervising and directing staff, making staffing decisions, ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring performance, handling maintenance issues, maintaining cleanliness, and managing safety and security within the makery. The role requires modeling Buff City Soap principles to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Developing and coaching employees for excellent client service
• Addressing client concerns promptly
• Leading by example and maintaining composure during busy times
• Ensuring quality service and accountability
• Driving performance through action plans and company programs

• Delegating responsibilities for smooth operations
