Job summary

99 Ranch Market offers the RISE Program, a 12–18 month leadership development track designed to propel high-potential early-career talent into management roles across store operations and corporate functions.

Participants gain hands-on experience in logistics, marketing, and other areas, with potential placements as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or corporate roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• No prior full-time experience required; internship or part-time experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for rotational assignments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems or SAP is a plus.
• Bilingual (English is a must + Chinese or Spanish) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training across store operations and corporate functions.
• Learn and apply company SOPs, product knowledge, and operational standards.
• Support daily store and department operations to meet performance goals.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
• Maintain product quality, inventory control (FIFO), and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during rotations.
• Develop leadership skills through team supervision and scheduling.
• Participate in training related to coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Complete program evaluations and assessments.
