Job summary

CVS Health in Phoenix is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager, with a 16‑week, self-paced, collaborative program featuring virtual and hands-on training.

The SMIT will be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach as they grow into leadership, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management roles.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Ability to implement merchandising strategies.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with your leader in Learning Experiences to support promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead per CVS policies.
