S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Store Manager in Training to oversee a company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer-focused and profitable manner.

You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise employees, manage sales and expenses, and train staff as needed. Retail experience is required, with preference for 7-Eleven familiarity. A positive, team-oriented leadership style is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong merchandising skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.

Mansioni

• Managing the store in regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzing daily sales and expense information and performing all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguarding and accounting for cash received and disbursed and being responsible for following banking requirements.
