Job summary

S&S Fuels Management is hiring a Store Manager in Training for Store 13 in Las Vegas, NV. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise employees, manage merchandising and customer relations, and help drive sales and profitability while ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, retail experience (preferably at 7-Eleven), strong people skills, and a team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the store in daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations.
• Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for following banking requirements.
