Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive and professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize and maintain all site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses and take action to maximize sales and net profits.
