Qualifications

• Experience working in retail, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high quality customer service per the customer service manual.
• Perform administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold all company policies and procedures.
