Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in footwear and athletic apparel
• 1-3 years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling
• Take supervisory responsibilities in Store Manager's absence
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met
• Maintain high quality customer service per company manuals
• Promote and sell services and merchandise
• Protect company assets and info by following internal controls
