Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Develop associates through training on operations and merchandising; coach when needed.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement directives from corporate HQ for merchandising and operations.
• Help the store reach its maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain high level of customer service across the store.
• Maintain a positive, safe and respectful environment for customers and staff.
