Dollar Tree Stores in Avon, IN is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn profitable store operations, merchandising, signage, and display techniques while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will recruit and hire associates, mentor through operations and merchandising training, oversee daily activities, ensure compliance, and drive the store toward maximum profit while protecting assets and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
