• Serve as acting manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Supervise staff and maintain store standards in the Manager's absence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote services and merchandise.
