Job summary

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager with overall operations and administrative duties in our Dillon, SC location. You will learn product areas, promote sales, and ensure a top-notch customer experience in a fast-paced store environment.

The role prepares you to assume Store Manager responsibilities and supervises in the manager’s absence while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take charge in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance across departments to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain customer service excellence and promote services and merchandise.
• Perform administrative duties and support Store Manager responsibilities.
