Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for the Store Manager in their absence and lead staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales data, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain inventory movement updates and customer trend reporting.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
• Support and uphold all company policies and procedures.
