Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Establish action plans for departmental and store responsibilities.
• Lead in store operations during Store Manager absence.
• Guide employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
