Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Able to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.

• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with the team and Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports, ensure accuracy.
