Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.

Develop relationships with suppliers and handle customer issues promptly.
Provide ongoing training on safety, performance feedback and company procedures.
Communicate effectively and hold regular team meetings.
Organize files, reports, and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
Monitor merchandising, pricing and posted employment posters.
