Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in New Jersey is seeking an established store manager to lead our showroom operations and drive sales performance. You will set strategic direction, manage day-to-day activities, and model strong customer service while ensuring store goals are met.

You will mentor multiple direct reports, coordinate merchandise placement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a store management leadership role in a high-volume Big Box retail environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn proprietary systems.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
