Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience and 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage store assets and payroll/scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Mentor Sales Associates and Managers in Training.
• Maintain store security and reduce shrink with Asset Protection collaboration.
• Coordinate with District Sales Manager on policies, goals, and procedures.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
