Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• Experience managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and sales goals across all departments.
• Manage assets and operations of the store to ensure profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and mentor sales associates and managers.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff.
• Monitor inventory, payroll, and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote merchandise.
