Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee the sales floor, lead a team, and drive daily operations to meet set sales goals.

You will mentor Retail Sales Associates, manage inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards including health, safety, and brand guidelines. This role offers growth within a mission-driven organization. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with 401(k) and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• One year of work experience in Retail Management.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Executes retail operations plan to achieve profits and sales goals.
• Makes day-to-day decisions within a defined work area.
• Performs inventory and reports results.
• Ensures customer service to donors and customers.
• De-escalates customer situations and involves management when needed.
• Maintains store operations, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Mentors and trains Team Members and ensures policy compliance.
• Oversees security, health, and safety and coordinates with divisions.
